Obstetrics and Gynegology

The Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology has a diverse team of physicians offering specialized care and access to the latest innovations in the field of women’s health. Some of our specialties include:

• Gynecologic Oncology - Offering services for the diagnosis and treatment of gynecologic cancers including cancer screening; chemotherapy; radiotherapy; surgery (invasive and minimally invasive procedures including robotic surgery); and genetic counseling. The division has one of the only certified genetic counselors specializing in cancer genetics in South Florida.
• Maternal Fetal Medicine - Cutting edge clinical management and research in high-risk obstetrics including higher-resolution ultrasound and safer, less-invasive prenatal testing are offered.
• Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery - Offering services and treatments for urinary incontinence; fecal incontinence; pelvic organ prolapse (bulging); voiding disorders ; painful bladder conditions; recurrent urinary tract infections; and postpartum patients with third and fourth-degree lacerations.
