Research Interests
Focused upon the concept of cell positioning : the genes and mechanisms responsible for the positioning of epithelia and the consequences of abnormal cell positioning. I study this phenomenon in both differentiating embryonic stem cells and genetically mutant mice. My discoveries will have implications for both pathogenesis and regenerative medicine.
