At the University of Miami Hospital and Clinics, we are located in the George and Estelle Rosenfield Endoscopy Suites:  1475 NW 12 Avenue, Miami, FL  33136.

At the University of Miami Hospital (formerly Cedars Hospital) we are located in the UMH GI Center in the South Building on the first floor at 1295 NW 14 Street., Miami, FL  33136.

There are two locations at the Jackson Memorial Hospital : consultations are conducted at the Ambulatory Care Center (ACC) West, 3rd Floor (3A, clinic), while procedures are performed at the GI Station in room 219 of the South Wing of the hospital at 1611 NW 12 Avenue, Miami, FL 33136.

DRIVING DIRECTIONS

From the North, South, and East

• Take I-95 to Exit 6 State Road 836 West (Dolphin Expressway)
• Exit at NW 12th Avenue
• Turn right (north) on NW 12th Avenue and across NW 14th Street
• Entrance to the parking areas at the University of Miami Hospital and Clinics are on the right side before the Metrorail station

From the West

• Take State Route 836 East (Dolphin Expressway) to the 17th Avenue Exit
• Follow the hospital signs to NW 12 Avenue
• Turn left (north) on NW 12 Avenue
• Entrance to the parking areas at the University of Miami Hospital and Clinics are on the right side before the Metrorail station
