AIDS Help Inc., Human Services Associates, and other local collaborative community organizations provide CDC recognized HIV and substance abuse Street Smart youth intervention, and VOICES/VOCES HIV prevention adult intervention in minority communities.  Additional integrated services include HIV testing and counseling, outreach and referral, local community level HIV and substance abuse education and awareness events and HIV prevention media messages in Monroe County, Florida.
